Outstanding ground floor opportunity for motivated ambitious individual with potential to progress to Senior Management

RETAIL & SPORTS SYSTEMS provide software to the Sports Industry and High Street Retailers. Due to an expanding order book, we now are seeking to add a support person to help our busy Support Team.

Based in our Bingham Office, your work will involve the maintenance and support of existing systems including the Point of Sale application. The role will involve direct contact with customers logging support calls and providing help where needed. You will be expected to share the out of hours support rota with other members of staff. This will involve being on call a maximum of 12 weeks per annum.

This position would suit a confident self motivated individual who is looking to gain commercial experience with an opportunity to play a significant part in our expansion and long term future. You will be joining a small but very experienced team where you will be able to make a visible impact. You will need a full driving licence & be a car owner as you will be assisting with installations & training our customers on site.

Essential Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Windows OS

Confident in dealing with customers with a can do attitude

Ability to impart knowledge clearly & concisely

Able to remain calm under pressure

I.T Literate & be familiar with Windows applications like Power Point & Excel

Ability to work as part of a team

Other Skills that would be beneficial:

Previous experience in a customer facing role

Knowledge of SQL Server

Experience of EPOS/Retail

Experience of working with Adobe Photoshop
