Retail & Sports Systems partner with Agile Global Logistics to provide a fully integration solution at Millwall FC
In July, Championship club Millwall FC launched their new retail system from Retail & Sports Systems. The system supports their retail operation both instore and online and on the 22nd July the club used the platform to successfully launch their new kit.
The new system will support the club to provide an enhanced retail experience to their supporters, with improved online facilities including a device responsive website, shirt personalization, ability to collect and spend loyalty cash and Giftcards.
For the club staff, the back office gives them the flexibility to fully manage their products and monitor their sales in real time. In order to ensure that the dispatch process is seamless, Retail and Sports Systems provided an integration with Millwall FC’s delivery partner, Agile Global Logistics.
The integration provides Millwall FC with full supply chain management. The club benefits from AGL’s ‘Clearview’ system which provides a multi carrier proposition, offering the club the most cost effective delivery solution.
